National accounts, Measuring Welfare

The working group focused macroeconomic and overall social quantitative reporting systems, as the national accounts or the indicators approaches to welfare measurement. The center of attention both methodological and conceptual issues, d.h. the adequate representation of certain (new) economic, environmental or social phenomena and developments, as well as practical implementation issues („best practice“). Furthermore, the working group engaged in the development of international reporting systems, which often provide the framework for national reporting. should also be encouraged exchanges between scientists, Producers and users.
