Today, the company combines university teachers and practitioners of statistics from a variety of applications. It shall promote scientific progress in the development of statistical methods and their implementation in practice through the organization of major scientific meetings and the publication of two magazines. → More

To mark the anniversary, the Festschrift “Statistics in Germany, 100 years Statistical Society” published by Springer-Verlag, edited by Heinz Grohmann, Walter Krämer and Almut Steeger.
